What I’m working on
Personal
- Building a chess engine on Cloudflare w/matchmaking
- Continuing to evolve my nix dotfiles . I’ve leaned back into IntelliJ instead of neovim for now. It really is a fantastic multitool; code, data, and services all in one.
Work
- I’m managing a fleet of web services on bare metal servers in a physical location in our office. I never thought I’d be using my experience self-hosting in my basement professionally, but here we are!
At home
My wife and I live on eight acres with horses and two dogs. We’ve also spent a lot of time remodeling our home built in 1911. More than a century has given it plenty of time to come up with projects for us.
Music-wise
I’m currently learning on guitar:
- Tommy Emmanuel’s Angelina .
- The Corner Room’s Psalm 119:33-40 .
The former is a challenge for my left hand, the latter a challenge for my right.
This is a now page .
